Special Designation--Exclusive Use Fishing Area, Wolf Creek, Grove City, Mercer County [33 Pa.B. 5674] The Deputy Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 65.21 (relating to waters limited to specific purposes--exclusive use fishing areas), designates a section of Wolf Creek, Grove City, Mercer County, 300 feet upstream and 300 feet downstream of the concrete siphon box located on the west side of Greenwood Drive as being for the exclusive use of children and special populations. This designation shall be effective on January 1, 2004, when the water is posted.
