FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION Closure of Frankford Arsenal Access Area, Philadelphia County [33 Pa.B. 5674] The Deputy Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission (Commission), acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 53.4 (relating to limiting access to Commission property and other restrictions), will close annually the Commission's access area at Frankford Arsenal, Philadelphia County, to the public during the winter season. This restriction will be effective when posted at the site. It is unlawful for any person to enter or remain upon Commission property during the times it is closed to public use without the express written consent of the Executive Director or his designee.
