2010 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plan; Public Hearing

 The Housing Finance Agency (Agency), as the Administrator of the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program for the Commonwealth, provides notice of a public hearing to obtain public comment on the proposed 2010 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Allocation Plan (Plan). This public hearing will be held at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 24, 2009, at the Housing Finance Agency, 211 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA. Copies of the proposed allocation plan are available upon written request at the address, by phone at [phone] or through the Agency's web site at www.phfa.org.

 Persons with a disability who wish to attend this meeting and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate should contact the Secretary by Friday, November 20, 2009, to discuss how the Agency may best accommodate their needs.

 Individuals wishing to comment on the Plan, but are unable to attend the scheduled hearing, are invited to provide written comments to the address shown no later than Friday, November 20, 2009, Manager, Tax Credit Program, Housing Finance Agency, P. O. Box 8029, Harrisburg, PA 17105-8029, TTY for hearing impaired [phone].
