INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Application for Acquisition of a Domestic Health Maintenance Organization [28 Pa.B. 5732] Health Risk Management, Inc. of Minneapolis, MN, has filed an application to purchase all the issued and outstanding stock of Oxford Health Plans (PA), Inc., a Pennsylvania domiciled Health Maintenance Organization. The filing was made under the requirements set forth under the Insurance Holding Company Act (40 P. S. § 991.1402 et. seq.)
