DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes [28 Pa.B. 5729] Notice is hereby given that the Department of Transportation, pursuant to 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following property is available for sale by the Department.
Parcel 3--Harmony Township, Beaver County. This parcel contains 46, 871+ square feet of unimproved land situated on the westerly side of Duss Avenue, adjacent to the Legionville Bridge, in Harmony Township. Minimum price $6,551.00.
It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future Transportation purposes.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to: Raymond S.
