 Geraldine M. Henes, RN, license no. RN239342L, of Wildwood, Allegheny County, had her license indefinitely suspended for a period of no less than 3 years, retroactive to February 23, 2009, that suspension to be immediately stayed in favor of no less than 3 years probation.

 This adjudication and order represents the State Board of Nursing's (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
