State Water Plan Water Resources Committee Public Outreach Subcommittee Meeting [34 Pa.B. 6204] The Public Outreach Subcommittee of the Act 220 State Water Plan Statewide Committee and Regional Committees has scheduled a meeting to discuss the public involvement plan to accompany the development of the State Water Plan and fulfill the requirements of the act of December 16, 2002 (P. L. 1776, No. 220). The meeting will be held 10 a.m. on November 15, 2004, Centre County Solid Waste Authority Interpretive Center, 235 Transfer Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
