Industrialized Housing and Components An error occurred in the final-form rulemaking which appeared at 34 Pa.B. 6024, 6026 (November 6, 2004). The effective date was incorrect. The correct version is as follows, with ellipses referring to the existing text of the final-form rulemaking.
