Erie Insurance Exchange; Private Passenger Auto Insurance Rate and Rule Revision [41 Pa.B. 6180]
[Saturday, November 12, 2011]On October 24, 2011, the Insurance Department (Department) received from Erie Insurance Exchange a filing for a proposed rate level and rule change for Private Passenger Auto insurance.
Erie Insurance Exchange requests an overall 0.1% decrease amounting to $528,000 annually, to be effective April 1, 2012. This overall figure represents an average; the effect of this filing on the rates for individual consumers may vary.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to December 23, 2011, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
