INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Children's Health Insurance Program; Children's Health Advisory Council Meeting [35 Pa.B. 6291] The Insurance Department (Department) has scheduled a meeting of the Children's Health Advisory Council (Council) on Friday, December 16, 2005, at 1 p.m. in the Honors Suite, 1st Floor, Education Building, 333 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA. The Children's Health Care Act (40 P. S. §§ 991.2301--991.2361) charges the Council with the responsibilities of overseeing outreach activities and evaluating access and quality of service provided to children enrolled in the Children's Health Insurance Program. The public is invited to attend.
