Hartford Insurance Company of the Midwest; Private Passenger Auto Insurance Rate and Rule Revision [31 Pa.B. 6250] On October 22, 2001, the Insurance Department received from Hartford Insurance Company of the Midwest a filing for a proposed rate level change for Private Passenger Auto insurance.
The company requests an overall 2.2% increase amounting to $999,000 annually to be effective upon approval.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to December 21, 2001, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
