Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes [38 Pa.B. 6122]
[Saturday, November 1, 2008]The Department of Transportation (Department) contemplated sale of land no longer needed for transportation purposes. Notice is hereby given that the Department under section 2003 of The Administrative Code of 1929 (71 P. S. § 513 (e)(7)), intends to sell certain lands owned by it. The following is the property available for sale by the Department: Muncy Creek Township, Lycoming County. The parcels adjoin and contain total area of approximately 0.883 acre and are identified as parcels 22 and 23 situated on SR 405 at Segment 150 in Muncy Creek Township, near the intersection of Interstate 180 and SR 405. Estimated Fair Market Value for the combined parcels is $10,839.
