Correction of Request for Exception for Wyncote Church Home [38 Pa.B. 6121]
[Saturday, November 1, 2008]In a notice entitled ''Long-Term Care Nursing Facilities; Request for Exceptions,'' published at 38 Pa.B. 5234 (September 20, 2008) a request for exception to 28 Pa. Code § 205.6(j) and (k) (relating to function of building) was published for Wyncote Church Home.
The request for exception should have been for 28 Pa. Code § 205.67(j) and (k) (relating to electric requirements for existing and new construction).
