[Saturday, October 8, 2016]The Department of Transportation (Department), under the Sale of Transportation Lands Act (71 P.S. §§ 1381.1—1381.3), intends to sell certain land owned by the Department.
The following property is available for sale by the Department.
City of Johnstown, Cambria County. The parcel contains 15,880 square feet of improved property situated between Strayer Street and Spickler Avenue. The estimated fair market value is $10,000.
Interested public agencies are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to Thomas A.
