Title 49—PROFESSIONAL AND VOCATIONAL STANDARDS STATE BOARD OF PHARMACY [ 49 PA. CODE CH. 27 ] Corrective Amendment to 49 Pa. Code § 27.1 [41 Pa.B. 5365]
[Saturday, October 8, 2011]The State Board of Pharmacy has discovered a discrepancy between the agency text of 49 Pa. Code § 27.1, as deposited with the Legislative Reference Bureau, and published at 36 Pa.B. 2518 (May 27, 2006) and the official text as currently appearing in the Pennsylvania Code. The word ''electronic'' was omitted from the definition of ''prescription.''
Therefore, under 45 Pa.C.S. § 901: The State Board of Pharmacy has deposited with the Legislative Reference Bureau a corrective amendment to 49 Pa. Code § 27.1. The corrective amendment to 49 Pa. Code § 27.1 is effective as of August 5, 2006, the date the defective official text was announced in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
The correct version of 49 Pa. Code § 27.1 appears in Annex A, with ellipses referring to the existing text.
