INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Application for Approval to Exchange Shares of T. A. Title Insurance Company [30 Pa.B. 5211] T. A. Title Insurance Company has filed an application to exchange shares of T. A. Title Insurance Company, a domestic title insurance company, for shares of T. A. Holdings, Inc., a Pennsylvania domiciled insurance holding company. The filing was made under the requirements set forth under the Insurance Holding Companies Act, 40 P. S. § 991.1402, et seq. and the Business Corporation Law of 1988, 15 Pa.C.S. § 1931 and 15 P. S. §§ 21205--21207. Persons wishing to comment on the exchange are invited to submit a written statement to the Pennsylvania Insurance Department within 15 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Each written statement must include name, address and telephone number of the interested party, identification of the application to which the statement is addressed, and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Insurance Department of the exact basis of the statement.
