TREASURY DEPARTMENT Request for Proposal [26 Pa.B. 4815] This Notice of Request for Proposal (RFP) is being provided to solicit the services of a vendor to satisfy a need for electronic authorization, data capture and processing of credit/debit cards for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The prime contractor must be a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania approved active depository. (See, 72 P. S. § 3771, et seq.) Proposals must be submitted in an original and ten copies as indicated in the transmittal correspondence no later than 11 a.m., October 30, 1996. Late proposals will not be considered.
