    Application Notice

The Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) announces the opening of the application period of funding for the Local Government Capital Projects Loan Program for State Fiscal Year 1996-97. Loan applications will be accepted at the Center for Local Government Services, Room 325 Forum Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120. Applications must be received on or before 4:30 p.m., December 13, 1996. Repayment will be made over a period not to exceed 10 years or the useful life of the equipment or facilities, whichever is less.
