FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION Designation of Exclusive Use Fishing Areas; Franklin County [38 Pa.B. 5508]
[Saturday, October 4, 2008]The Executive Director of the Fish and Boat Commission, acting under the authority of 58 Pa. Code § 65.21 (relating to waters limited to specific purposes--exclusive use fishing areas), designates the following water areas as being for the exclusive use of children, special populations or both, as indicated. These designations will go into effect on January 1, 2009.
