The principal items of work and approximate quantities include 39,000 cubic yard of Grading, 4.5 acre of Seeding and 3,060 trees for Tree Planting. This project issues on October 3, 2008, and bids will be opened on October 30, 2008, at 2 p.m. Bid documents cost $10 per set and will not be mailed until payment has been received. This project is financed by the Federal Government under the authority given it by Pub. L. No. 95-87 dated August 3, 1977, The Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977, and is subject to that Law, and to the Federal Grant for this project.
