[Saturday, October 31, 2015]Mutual of Omaha Insurance Company is requesting approval to increase the premium an aggregate 5.7% on 391 policyholders with the LTC04I Series of policies (LTC04I-TQ, LTC04I-NTQ, LTC04I-AG-TQ and LTC04I-AG-NTQ).
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to January 14, 2016, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
