Aetna Health Insurance Company (AETN-130242341); Small Group Off Exchange Plans; Rate Filing [45 Pa.B. 6457]
[Saturday, October 31, 2015]Aetna Health Insurance Company submitted a rate filing to increase the premium rates for its Small Group Off Exchange Plans. This product supports the Aetna Health, Inc. POS product. The filing proposes an average rate increase of 10.1% (range of -5.0% to 14.8%) and will affect approximately 68,000 members. The proposed rate increase will generate approximately $20 million of additional annual revenue and will be effective April 1, 2016.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to January 13, 2016, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
