STATE ETHICS COMMISSION Public Meeting [29 Pa.B. 5687] Gettysburg The Public Official and Employee Ethics Law requires that the State Ethics Commission (Commission) hold at least two public hearings each year to seek input from persons and organizations who represent an individual subject to the provisions of the law and from other interested parties.
The Commission will conduct a public meeting at the Eisenhower Inn & Conference Center, 2634 Emmitsburg Road, Gettysburg, PA (U. S. Business Route 15 South) on November 23, 1999, beginning at 9 a.m. for purposes of receiving the input and for the conduct of other agency business. Public officials, public employes, organizations and members of the general public may attend.
Persons seeking to testify or present any statement, information or other comments in relation to the Ethics Law, the regulations of the Commission or agency operations should contact Claire J.
