DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION Contemplated Sale of Improved Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes [29 Pa.B. 5672] Notice is hereby given that the Department of Transportation pursuant to 71 P. S. Subsection 513(e)(7), intends to sell certain improved land owned by it.
The property is located in Dunmore Borough, Lackawanna County, Penna. The parcel contains approximately 7,115 SF of improved land situated at 907 East Drinker Street. Estimated fair market value is $45,000. It has been determined that the land is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.
Interested public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to: Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Charles M.
