 On March 20, 2012, Barbara J. Zahniser, LPN, license no. PN100809L of New Castle, Lawrence County, had her license suspended indefinitely retroactive to January 25, 2012, for being unable to practice practical nursing with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of mental or physical illness or condition or physiological or psychological dependence upon alcohol, hallucinogenic or narcotic drugs or other drugs which tend to impair judgment or coordination, so long as such dependence shall continue.
