 Marshall E. Angradi, LPN, license no. PN083468L, of East Stroudsburg, Monroe County, had his nursing license indefinitely suspended, retroactive to April 1, 2013, based on findings he is unable to practice nursing with reasonable skill and safety to patients by reason of mental condition or dependence on drugs or alcohol.

 This adjudication and final order represents the State Board of Nursing's (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
