FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION Walnut Creek Marina; Fee Increase [32 Pa.B. 5358] Under 58 Pa. Code § 53.12a(a)(1) (relating to access areas and marinas), the Fish and Boat Commission has increased the fee for seasonal slips at the Walnut Creek Marina, Erie County, from $500 to $575, effective January 1, 2003.
