PENNSYLVANIA MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT BOARD Hearings Scheduled [26 Pa.B. 5201] Hearings have been scheduled, as authorized by Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Code (53 Pa.C.S. § 881.101 et seq.) (relating to Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Board) in connection with the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Board's denial of claimants' requests concerning the indicated accounts.
The hearings will be held before a hearing examiner at the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement Board, 1010 North 7th Street, Suite 301, Eastgate Center, Harrisburg, PA 17102.

Code § 91.1, (relating to applicability of general rules), procedural matters will be in conformance with the General Rules of Administrative Practice and Procedure, 1 Pa. Code §§ 31.1--35.251 unless specific exemption is granted.
