Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program Advisory Council Public Meeting [44 Pa.B. 6857]
[Saturday, October 25, 2014]The Statewide Special Pharmaceutical Benefits Program (SPBP) Advisory Council, established by the Department of Health (Department) to aid in the carrying out of its Federal grant responsibilities under section 2616 of the Ryan White Comprehensive AIDS Resources Emergency Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C.A. § 300ff-26), will hold a public meeting on Thursday, October 30, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Park Inn Harrisburg West, 5401 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050.
The SPBP Advisory Council will provide program guidance and recommendations to the Department's SPBP in regards to drug formulary, covered lab services, drug utilization review, clinical programs, eligibility and program management.
