STATE BOARD OF PSYCHOLOGY Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs v. Saundra Reichel; Doc. No. 0171-63-00 [33 Pa.B. 5397] On September 22, 2003, the State Board of Psychology (Board) assessed Saundra Reichel a civil penalty of $1,000 for practicing psychology without the proper licensing.
