Pennsylvania Housing Advisory Committee Meeting [45 Pa.B. 6274]
[Saturday, October 24, 2015]The Pennsylvania Housing Advisory Committee (Committee) will meet on October 28, 2015, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency Board Room, 211 North Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17101. The Committee is responsible for reviewing Statewide housing, support services, needs and priorities, as well as advising the Department of Community and Economic Development (Department) in the preparation of the Commonwealth Consolidated Plan (Plan) and the coordination of Federal, State and local resources to manage the implementation of this Plan.
As part of the planning process for the 2016 Action Plan of the 2014-2018 Plan, the Committee will be meeting in an open forum to discuss the needs of this Commonwealth in terms of housing including special needs, community development, homelessness and economic development. Reports from the six Department regions will be presented on the needs in their respective areas of this Commonwealth. There will also be a presentation of the performance of the 2014 Program Year for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), the HOME Investment Partnerships, the Emergency Solutions Grant, CDBG Disaster Recovery, Neighborhood Stabilization Program and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS programs.

There will be WebX capability to attend the meeting remotely so registration is required.
