INSURANCE DEPARTMENT Application for Approval to Acquire Control of Keystone Insurance Company and AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Company [40 Pa.B. 6229]
[Saturday, October 23, 2010]California State Automobile Association Inter-Insurance Bureau has filed an application for approval to acquire control of Keystone Insurance Company and AAA Mid-Atlantic Insurance Company, each a Pennsylvania domiciled stock property and casualty insurance company. The filing was made under Article XIV of The Insurance Company Law of 1921 (40 P. S. §§ 991.1401—991.1413).
Persons wishing to comment on the acquisition are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department (Department) within 30 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Each written statement must include name, address and telephone number of the interested party; identification of the application to which the statement is addressed; and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Department of the exact basis of the statement.
