   Under 65 Pa.C.S. §§ 701--716 (relating to Sunshine Act), the Pennsylvania Council on Aging (Council) has established the following dates for the calendar year 2005:

Tuesday, February 1, 2005

Tuesday, April 5, 2005

Tuesday, June 7, 2005

Tuesday, August 23, 2005

Tuesday, September 27, 2005

Tuesday, December 6, 2005

   All meetings of the Council will be held from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Department of Aging, Fifth Floor Conference Room, 555 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA.

   Persons with a disability who wish to attend a meeting and require an auxiliary aid, service or other accommodation to participate in the proceedings should contact Ellen Kramer Adler, Executive Director, [phone] to discuss how the Council may best accommodate their needs.
