[Saturday, October 22, 2016]Diversus, Inc., a Delaware corporation, has filed an application to acquire control of Positive Physicians Insurance Exchange, a Pennsylvania domiciled reciprocal interinsurance exchange. The filing was received on August 1, 2016, and was made under the requirements of Article XIV of The Insurance Company Law of 1921 (40 P.S. §§ 991.1401—991.1413).
Persons wishing to comment on this acquisition are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department (Department) within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
