Princeton Insurance Company; Physicians and Surgeons Professional Liability Rate Filing [30 Pa.B. 5500] On October 2, 2000, the Insurance Department received from the Princeton Insurance Company a filing for a rate level change in physicians and surgeons liability rates.
Princeton Insurance Company requests an overall 50% increase, amounting to $3,923,588 annually, to be effective February 1, 2001.
Unless formal administrative action is taken prior to December 31, 2000, the subject filing may be deemed approved by operation of law.
Copies of the filing are available for public inspection during normal working hours, by appointment, at the Insurance Department's offices in Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Erie.
