    Application and Request for Approval to Redomesticate

       Mennonite Indemnity, Inc., a domestic stock property insurance company, has filed an application for approval of a plan of redomestication whereby the state of domicile would change from Pennsylvania to Kansas. The initial filing was made under the requirements set forth under the Business Corporation Law of 1988, 15 Pa.C.S. § 1, et seq. Persons wishing to comment on the grounds of public or private interest to the issuance of the Department's order approving the redomestication are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department within 30 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Each written statement must include name, address and telephone number of the interested party, identification of the application to which the statement is addressed, and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Insurance Department of the exact basis of the statement.
