    Contemplated Sale of Land No Longer Needed for Transportation Purposes

       Notice is hereby given that the Department of Transportation, pursuant to 71 P. S. § 513(e)(7), intends to sale certain land owned by the Department.

       The following property is available for sale by the Department.

       Parcel No. 136--Tarentum Borough Allegheny County. This parcel contains approximately 30,492 square feet or 0.70 acres of vacant land situated along the northwesterly side of East Tenth Street, formerly Kittanning Street, First Ward, Borough of Tarentum, Allegheny County. The property will be sold in ''as is condition''. The estimated fair market value of the parcel is $20,500.00. It has been determined that the is no longer needed for present or future transportation purposes.

       Interest public entities are invited to express their interest in purchasing the site within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice to: Raymond S. Hack, District Engineer, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Engineering District 11-0, 45 Thoms Run Road, Bridgeville, Pennsylvania 15017.
