Notice of Name Change of Facilities [30 Pa.B. 5493] At 30 Pa.B. 4684 (September 2, 2000), the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) gave notice of final action for a name change involving Department permits, licenses and approvals issued to Sithe Northeast Management Company and Sithe Pennsylvania Holdings LLC. Names were changed to Reliant Energy Northeast Management Company and Reliant Energy Mid-Atlantic Power Holdings, LLC, respectively. The following facility was inadvertently omitted from that notice.
