Nonpoint Source Liaison Workgroup; Change of Meeting Date [30 Pa.B. 5493] The Nonpoint Source (NPS) Liaison Workgroup meeting date has been changed from October 26 to Friday November 17, 2000. The November 17 meeting will be held in Room 105 of the Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, and will begin at 10 a.m.
