[Saturday, October 2, 2010]On July 20, 2010, Lord and Temi, LLC, t/d/b/a Lord's Hair Cutting, Styling and Braiding Salon, license no. CB120930, of York, York County, was assessed a civil penalty of $500 for aiding and abetting the unlicensed practice of a profession, occupation or business.

This adjudication and final order represents the State Board of Cosmetology's (Board) final decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court, must serve the Board with a copy of their petition for review.
