Application of Warren General Hospital for Exception to 28 Pa. Code § 153.1(b) [29 Pa.B. 5151] Under 28 Pa. Code § 51.33 (relating to requests for exceptions), the Department of Health (Department) hereby gives notice that Warren General Hospital has requested an exception to the requirements of 28 Pa. Code § 153.1(b) which require compliance with mini-mum standards contained in the following publication: Guidelines for Design and Construction of Hospital and Healthcare Facilities. Crozer Chester Medical Center requests exception from the following standards contained in this publication: 1) 7.14.B11, which requires a soiled workroom with a flushing-rim sink; and 2) 7.32.G2, which requires that provisions for emergency calls will also be needed in outpatient and treatment areas where patients may be subject to incapacitation.
