STATE SYSTEM OF HIGHER EDUCATION Request for Proposal [26 Pa.B. 5071] This Notice of Request for Proposal (RFP) is being provided to solicit the services of a vendor to provide a shared library automation system for the 14 universities of the State System of Higher Education and the Dixon University Center. Proposals must be submitted in an original and nine copies as indicated in the RFP document no later than 12 noon, November 22, 1996. Late proposals will not be considered.
