1676 Application and request for conversion of a mutual insurance corporation to a stock insurance corporation
Application and Request for Conversion of a Mutual Insurance Corporation to a Stock Insurance Corporation [27 Pa.B. 5466] Allegheny Mutual Casualty Company filed an application to convert from a mutual insurance corporation to a stock insurance corporation, under the Mutual-to-Stock Conversion Act, 40 P. S. § 911 et seq. Persons wishing to comment on the grounds of public or private interest to the issuance of the Department's order approving the conversion are invited to submit a written statement to the Insurance Department within 30 days from the date of this issue of the Pennsylvania Bulletin. Each written statement must include the name, address and telephone number of the interested party, identification of the application to which the statement is addressed, and a concise statement with sufficient detail and relevant facts to inform the Insurance Department of the exact basis of the statement.
