Mining and Reclamation Advisory Board; Meeting Notice [27 Pa.B. 5463] The Mining and Reclamation Advisory Board (MRAB) will meet on Thursday, October 23 and Friday, October 24, 1997, in the Four Points Sheraton, Greensburg, PA. The Regulation, Legislation and Technical committee will meet on Thursday morning at 10 a.m. Following the meeting there will be a tour of local mine sites. The full board meeting will take place on Friday beginning at 8:30 a.m.
