Sewage Advisory Committee Notice of Meeting Change [29 Pa.B. 5452] The November 10, 1999 meeting of the Sewage Advisory Committee [SAC] has been rescheduled to October 29, 1999. The meeting will be held in Room 105, First Floor, Rachel Carson State Office Building, 400 Market Street, Harrisburg, PA.
