[Saturday, October 14, 2006]On July 3, 2006, Keri B. Poulicakos, license no. PN256778L of Pennsburg, Montgomery County, had her practical nursing license automatically suspended based on findings she was convicted of a misdemeanor under the Controlled Substance, Drug, Device and Cosmetic Act.

This adjudication and order represent the final State Board of Nursing (Board) decision in this matter. It may be appealed to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania by the filing of a petition for review with that court in accordance with the Pennsylvania Rules of Appellate Procedure. Individuals who take an appeal to the Commonwealth Court must serve the Board with a copy of the petition for review.
