Code § 495.4 (relating to application procedure), gives notice that an application to lease highway right-of-way has been submitted to the Department by the Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, 1515 Arch St., 17th Floor, One Parkway Building, Philadelphia, PA 19102 seeking to lease highway right-of-way located at Ridge Avenue and Ferry Road and Kelly Drive, Philadelphia, Philadelphia County for 33,919 sq. ft. + adjacent to LR 067058 (SR 0001) Section 1 for parking.
