TREASURY DEPARTMENT Request for Proposals [30 Pa.B. 5349] The Treasury Department is accepting proposals from interested bidders for services related to the design, implementation, administration, management and marketing of the Tuition Account Investment Program. Bidders may also submit proposals for the administration of the Tuition Account Guaranteed Savings Program. Interested vendors may obtain a copy of the Request for Proposals by contacting the Treasury Department Legal Bureau, Room 127, Finance Building, Harrisburg, PA 17120, (717) 787-2740. Proposals in response to this request will be accepted no later than 4 p.m., Monday, December 11, 2000.
