This filing revises the rating methodology for small groups with 50 or fewer eligible HMO contracts in the western Pennsylvania plan area, which are members of associations or purchasing pools effective April 1, 2001 and ensuing months. Requested rating methodology proposes to use demographic factors for age, industry, area and group size.
