Designation of Water Subject to Special Fishing Regulations An error occurred in the notice which appeared at 30 Pa.B. 4981 (September 23, 2000). The notice inaccurately reflected the sections authorizing the special designation of Beaverdam (Run) Reservoir. The correct sections are §§ 65.9 and 65.11 (relating to big bass special regulations; and panfish enhancement special regulation).
